Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Counselors to join our team. As a Residential Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our residents. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and assistance with daily living skills, while fostering a positive and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to residents, assisting with their emotional, social, and practical needs.
  • Facilitate group activities and individual sessions designed to promote personal growth and healing.
  • Maintain a safe and structured living environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document resident progress and behaviors accurately and thoroughly.
Qualifications
  • Experience in mental health or human services is preferred, but not required.
