We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to enhance energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation materials, applying plaster and stucco finishes, and collaborating with other construction professionals.

• Install insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose in walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Apply plaster and stucco finishes as needed for aesthetic and functional purposes.
• Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure proper installation practices.
• Assist in construction estimating by providing insights on material needs and project timelines.

Candidates should have prior experience in insulation installation or related fields. Familiarity with plastering, stucco application, metal stud framing, blueprint reading, and the use of hand tools is highly desirable. A background in construction estimating will also be beneficial. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
