**Job Overview:**

Become a vital member of our Financial Advisor team as a Relationship Development Manager.

In this role, you will work closely with Financial Advisors to develop and enhance client relationships, focusing on client service and satisfaction.

You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling non-administrative requests, and support relationship management activities, including developing and implementing the team's client service model.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement client service models to drive growth and acquisition
  2. Support Financial Advisors in client meetings related to investment strategy, account performance, and new products
  3. Manage client onboarding and resolve escalations efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent
  • SAFE ACT Registration and ability to obtain additional designations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
