Relationship Development Manager

**Job Overview:**
Become a vital member of our Financial Advisor team as a Relationship Development Manager.
In this role, you will work closely with Financial Advisors to develop and enhance client relationships, focusing on client service and satisfaction.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling non-administrative requests, and support relationship management activities, including developing and implementing the team's client service model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client service models to drive growth and acquisition
- Support Financial Advisors in client meetings related to investment strategy, account performance, and new products
- Manage client onboarding and resolve escalations efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent
- SAFE ACT Registration and ability to obtain additional designations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
