Job Title: Claim Center Representative

As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences by providing back-office support to NA Claims.

The primary function of this role is to perform claim file maintenance, financial transactions, manage forms and correspondence, and claim reporting within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process assigned work according to defined workflows and guidelines to deliver a quality product and internal customer service.
  • Balance quality and productivity expectations within a high-volume, transactional work environment to meet business and customer service demands.
  • Ensure all activities performed are documented completely and accurately.
  • Recognize, prioritize, and escalate priority requests according to established guidelines.
  • Create and maintain accurate productivity logs for tracking department results.
  • Critical communications with business partners to meet customer requirements.
  • Handling and researching checks and other financial processes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with delivering a good quality product at the forefront.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proven desk and time management with multi-tasking and prioritizing.
  • Effectively follow workflow and assess information to make sound decisions with basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
