Key Responsibilities- Deliver Results: Meet individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations, by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Develop New Relationships: Work with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present Financial Solutions: Offer customers a range of financial products and services that meet their goals and objectives.
- Manage Loan Life Cycle: Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan, and manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, in compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
- Competitive Compensation: Earn an annual salary plus incentives.
- Opportunities for Advancement: Develop leadership skills and advance to roles such as Branch Manager and District Manager.
