Manufacturing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 5-9 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor and meet daily production goals, tracking key performance indicators and making adjustments as needed.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with all applicable safety procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of company standards and policies, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Associate's degree in manufacturing or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of leadership and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, chemicals, and other hazards.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required by the job and company policy.
