Manufacturing Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team at Daniel Defense LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing department, ensuring that all production goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent defects and improve processes.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and procedures, and that the manufacturing area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Education: Associate's degree in a related field, such as manufacturing, engineering, or business.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other manufacturing software.
- Certifications: Certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
