Manufacturing Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to join our team at Daniel Defense LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing professionals to ensure the efficient and effective production of our high-quality weapon systems and accessories.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve daily production goals and objectives.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and are free from defects.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that production goals and objectives are met.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Education: Associate's degree in manufacturing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
