- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all employees follow safety protocols and procedures, and that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, using lean tools and techniques to improve manufacturing processes.
- Education: Associate's degree in manufacturing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Skills: Proven record of success in a manufacturing environment, with strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Lifting: Ability to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional sitting and bending.
- Environmental Factors: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, chemicals, and other environmental factors.
