  • **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost admissions and optimize census at our skilled nursing facilities. Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve budget and sales goals.
  • **Team Development**: Mentor and empower Regional Directors of Care Transitions and Admissions Directors, providing guidance, support, and training to drive success and professional growth.
  • **Relationship Building**: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, insurance carriers, physicians, and hospital executives to enhance our network and reputation.
  • **Market Analysis & Growth**: Conduct thorough market analysis, identify new growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to strengthen our brand and services.
  • **Operational Oversight**: Oversee day-to-day business development and marketing operations, including referral tracking, community events, and the development of team reports.
  • **Community Engagement**: Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, seminars, trade shows, and health fairs to increase community awareness and engagement with our services.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:


  • Industry-specific experience in operations and business development, with a deep understanding of skilled nursing environments.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory standards, insurance carriers, and authorization processes.
  • Proven success in relationship development and team training/mentorship.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
