Medical Surgical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at Las Palmas Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with other professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- RN licensure in the state of Texas or Compact state
- ADN or BSN degree
- BCLS certification
- 1-2 years of nursing experience
- Certification in Med-Surg or Oncology preferred
