Job Summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling work activities for our maintenance teams. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Process and administer all work order requests in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Communicate with requesters to determine the total scope of work and priority of the work to be performed
  • Verify the completeness of all entries and update information into the CMMS
  • Visit job areas to assess the scope of work and determine the tasks required to complete the work
  • Determine and purchase required parts and ensure every maintenance task performed is planned to ensure safety and quality
  • Keep requesters informed of the status of the work order until completion
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance tracking and documentation programs
  • Review scope and frequency of assignments with the manager/system owner and implement changes where required
Requirements
  • Master's degree or bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate's degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and scheduling tools

  • Time management skills
  • Customer service skills: ability to lead change, ability to lead a team, excellent communication (written and oral)
  • Ability to work well with teams, open to change and ideas
  • A high degree of computer literacy and under minimal supervision, performs effectively within the established regulations and guidelines
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and error-proofing habits
  • Knowledge of facility and manufacturing process and ability to problem solve across functional units
Compensation and Benefits

Aditi Consulting offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries. The pay rate range for this position is $____ to $____ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
