Revenue Growth Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Revenue Growth Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of up to 20 outside sales representatives nationwide
- Daily communication with the team to discuss their day-to-day activities and provide guidance and support
- Pipeline management and daily lead disposition to ensure maximum conversion rates
- Develop strong business relationships with sales representatives on the team while closing deals with business owners
- Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare and present competitive sales proposals
