Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and team leadership, with a strong understanding of hospitality trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to achieve property sales objectives
  • Lead and manage sales teams to acquire and build long-term customer relationships
  • Analyze market information and implement strategies to achieve financial goals
  • Participate in sales calls and negotiations with General Managers and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business or related field; 4-6 years of related experience may substitute for a college diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of hotel sales experience, preferably in a major brand
  • Proven track record in sales and team leadership
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
