Job Summary
The Customer Acquisition Specialist at Indy Leasing dba Aarons is responsible for acquiring and maintaining customers, setting weekly and monthly sales goals, staging products, and ensuring the execution of the sales 'Flow'. This position also involves generating new business through apartment community/business accounts, creating and implementing marketing strategies in the community to generate new sales, and performing routine service calls and product exchanges. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Acquiring and maintaining customers
• Setting weekly and monthly sales goals
• Staging products
• Ensuring the execution of the sales 'Flow'
• Generating new business through apartment community/business accounts
• Creating and implementing marketing strategies in the community to generate new sales
• Performing routine service calls and product exchanges
