Position Overview:
  • Welcoming patrons as they arrive at the facility
  • Verifying prepaid parking documentation
  • Informing guests about the applicable parking charges
  • Processing parking payments and returning change when required
  • Guiding guests to the appropriate parking locations
  • Communicating current regulations and procedures regarding tailgating, permissible items, and exits
  • Managing the flow of vehicles entering, exiting, and moving within the parking zones
  • Ensuring a secure and tidy environment by alerting the necessary personnel for various situations
  • Clearing traffic cones and signage once parking areas are vacated
Core Responsibilities:
  • As a Parking Services Coordinator, your primary role will involve directing vehicle movement and ensuring a clean and safe atmosphere for all visitors and staff in the parking zones. This role typically offers between 4 to 10 hours of work per scheduled event, which generally occur during evenings and weekends.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of the facility layout, especially the parking zones and exits
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to remain standing for the duration of a scheduled shift (minimum of 4 hours)
  • Ability to bend or twist to reach and relocate items at ground level (such as traffic cones or parking signage)
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, strong winds, snow, or rain)
  • Availability to work during scheduled events as required (including evenings and weekends)
