US Oncology Breast Project Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial launch projects for breast cancer treatments. Your primary focus will be on meeting management, ensuring timely distribution of agendas, and facilitating discussions to drive project progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and distribute meeting agendas to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Oversee meeting cadence across the team and ensure the right stakeholders are included.
- Coordinate meeting preparation, including materials distribution, setup, and follow-up.
- Facilitate meetings, manage discussions, take and distribute meeting notes, and ensure follow-up actions are assigned and completed.
- Ensure all meeting documentation is accurately recorded and stored in a centralized location.
You will also be responsible for general team project management, including tracking and monitoring project timelines and deliverables. This will involve proactively mapping key milestones and deliverables for the calendar year and ensuring proper communication is set towards deadlines.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and delays.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.

You will work closely with team members to create compelling and effective presentations. This will involve collaborating on presentation content, reviewing and providing feedback to ensure accuracy and effectiveness, and supporting the delivery of presentations to senior leaders.
