Desktop Support Technician Coordinator

Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for coordinating our team of field service technicians, managing projects, and ensuring seamless communication among team members.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the current team of field service technicians
• Manage projects and allocate resources effectively
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure project success
Requirements:
• Strong experience in coordinating and managing a team of desktop support technicians
• Project coordination experience
• 6+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk or desktop support technician role
• 6+ years of experience supporting a Windows environment
• 6+ years of experience with ticketing systems
• Enterprise experience in a hospital environment
• Covid-19 vaccine and booster
• Flu shot or willingness to wear a mask during flu season
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• A+, N+, S+, or CCNA certification
