McSteven's Inc is a small-medium manufacturer specializing in unique and giftable packaging, licensing, private label, and bulk sales of packaged dry beverage mixes and dry baking mixes.

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional products to retailers throughout the USA and Canada. We are committed to building strong relationships with our customers and providing innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage medium to large accounts, including planning assortments, negotiating pricing and timelines, completing/contributing to RFPs and agreements, meeting with customers, closing deals, and providing needed information to internal teams to complete orders.
  • Manage independent sales reps and brokerages around the USA and Canada.
  • Work with Trade Show Manager on planning for trade shows.
  • Travel to, set up, and take down, and work trade shows alone or with others throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years Experience in specialty food sales to customers ranging from regional chains to national retailers and beyond, distributors, and online sales channels.
  • Ability to travel 20% or more.
  • Ability to set up, take down, and work trade shows (small and easy to set up but would require bending and lifting from and placing items off a pallet).
