You will be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage & Family Therapist in the State of Florida. A valid Florida driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Suncoast Center are also required.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days off within your initial first year and a 5% employer match on a 403(b) Plan. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with funders, payers and accreditation bodies.
  • Monitoring trends in agency programmatic performance and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Management Team and Quality Improvement Committee.
  • Representing the agency at community meetings and working towards enhancing partnerships and service delivery.
  • Ensuring effective communication between departments and stakeholders to promote a collaborative work environment.
