Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals in providing top-notch facilities management services, including planning, organizing, and controlling functions and activities of plant operations and building renovations. Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating existing programs, services, policies, and procedures; monitoring flow and quality of work to ensure timely completion of workload and adherence to facility's standards and regulations; preparing and managing departmental budgets; managing and ensuring regulatory compliance; providing guidance, training, and motivation to staff; successfully providing effective client rapport; and monitoring work performance and preparing performance evaluations for personnel.

Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related experience, with a minimum of 5 years hospital engineering maintenance experience at Director or Assistant Director level required. Experience in hospital project and construction management is preferred. You must have working knowledge of the Joint Commission, NFPA, and other healthcare regulatory agencies.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, and flexible spending accounts (FSAs).
