Position Overview:
As a member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services in residential settings using our proprietary cleaning methods and products. Your role will involve ensuring that homes are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Merry Maids cleaning products and techniques to perform thorough cleaning in client residences
- Operate provided equipment, including vacuums and microfiber cloths
- Clean all areas of the home, such as fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
- Perform floor cleaning tasks, including hands-and-knees cleaning in kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard surfaces, and furniture
- Move reasonably movable furniture to access cleaning areas
- Transport cleaning supplies and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and client homes
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and a friendly attitude
- Adhere to uniform and punctuality standards
- Show respect and understanding towards colleagues and clients
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs of equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites
