Senior Nurse Practitioner

The Senior Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing and managing complex patient cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include developing patient management plans, collaborating with other team members to evaluate and implement new practice patterns, and facilitating patient transitions to lower levels of care.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Caring, empathetic, and strong listening skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize patient care

Education and Experience Criteria:

  • ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursing required
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice required
  • Board certification by AANP or ANCC preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
