  • Facilitate staff, patient, and family decision making through educational resources
  • Collaborate with community teams to complete care assessments

Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Nursing
  • Valid nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in state of operations
  • Current board certification in your field
  • Valid drivers license, car insurance, and access to a car
