Provider Experience Manager

As a Provider Experience Manager at Elevance Health, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining positive relationships with our provider community. This includes regular virtual visits, communicating administrative and programmatic changes, and facilitating education and issue resolution. You will serve as a knowledge and resource expert regarding provider issues impacting satisfaction and network retention, researching and coordinating prompt resolution to complex issues through direct contact with providers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with the provider community through regular virtual visits and communication of administrative and programmatic changes.
Facilitate education and issue resolution for providers, serving as a knowledge and resource expert regarding provider issues impacting satisfaction and network retention.
Research and coordinate prompt resolution to complex issues through direct contact with providers and internal partners.
Collaborate with internal matrix partners to triage issues and submit work requests.
Coordinate Joint Operation Committees (JOC) of provider groups, driving meetings to discuss issues and changes.
Assist with Annual Provider Satisfaction Surveys, corrective action plan implementation, and education on contract questions and non-routine claim issues.
Coordinate communications process on administrative and medical policy, reimbursement, and provider utilization patterns.
Conduct proactive outreach to support understanding of managed care policies and procedures, as well as various initiatives and programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, including 2 years in a healthcare or provider environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment
This role is primarily virtual, with occasional on-site work required. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location. Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, with associates required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process.
