The Occupational Therapy Assistant will work closely with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on activities of daily living (ADL) training and other interventions.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients.
- Document patient progress and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- 0-1 years of experience
- Current valid state OTA licensure or certification, preferred
- Current valid CPR certification, preferred
