Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solving Client Investment Needs: Provide investment advice and solutions to clients, taking into account their investment constraints, liquidity needs, and future financing scenarios.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with client investment objectives and constraints, and maintain proper compliance and audit procedures with regards to internal protocols.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, as well as internal teams across various investment channels.
  • Investment Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on changes to investment products and provide customized portfolio advice to clients.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans for clients, taking into account their overall financial picture.
  • Portfolio Management: Construct and deliver customized portfolio advice, including specific investment recommendations, to clients.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, both proactively and reactively, to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years' financial advisory experience.
  • Licenses: Series 7, 65, or 66 securities license, and California Life and Health insurance license.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
