About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately review, validate, and process client transactions, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
  • Financial Solutions: Proactively offer financial services that meet the needs of our clients, including cash advances, money orders, and other financial products.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Compliance: Uphold all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter data and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background Check: Background check required (subject to applicable law).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
  • Cash Handling: Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
