- Complete necessary documentation and update systems as required.
- Meet departmental performance metrics for call handling.
- Participate in training sessions as scheduled.
- Utilize computer systems and telecommunication tools effectively.
Essential Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to manage stressful situations.
- Analytical skills to assess information and draw logical conclusions.

Qualifications:
