Field Service Engineer for X-Ray Systems

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Field Service Engineer to support our operations in the Idaho Falls region. This role requires a proficient technician with experience in servicing x-ray and ultrasound devices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a professional attitude, and strong customer service skills. Comfort with technology is essential.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Flexibility for occasional weekend service calls is necessary in case of emergencies.
Compensation:
Annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000.
Applicants should have an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in promoting high-quality growth and exceptional customer experiences as part of the Field Service Engineering Team.
- Conduct installation, calibration, repair, preventive maintenance, and decommissioning of digital radiography systems to ensure safe operations.
- Occasionally support ultrasound modalities as needed.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document all service activities, tests, and repairs on Samsung digital radiography technologies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare for the installation and deployment of Samsung digital radiography systems, including electrical, mechanical, gas, pneumatics, software, networking, and data integration.
- Coordinate assembly and installation tasks, ensuring integration with data retention systems.
