We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Triage Specialist to join our team at Northshore. As a key member of our OB/GYN department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient education and phone triage services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Enter referrals and prior authorizations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Room patients and conduct RN visits, including injections, staple removal, and wound checks.
- Schedule surgeries and procedures with precision and attention to detail.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
- Current Illinois RN licensure required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on English proficiency.
- Annual CPR certification (C-level) and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Minimum 2 years of strong clinical RN experience, preferably in a Physician's Office setting.
