Medical Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for physical examinations and obtain specimens as needed.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and record results.
- Perform phlebotomy and administer selected medications/injections under general supervision of a physician.
- Support clerical duties related to clinic operations, including scheduling and data entry.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Certified, Registered, and Clinical Certified Medical Assistants (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) are preferred, with at least 6 months of clinical experience.
- Candidates without certification or registration should have at least one year of clinical experience.
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Valid driver's license required for off-site duties, with automobile liability coverage.
