Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Experience Representative at AT&T. As part of our retail team, you will have the chance to optimize your earning potential by working during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
You will be at the forefront of creating meaningful connections with customers, using your personalized sales expertise to guide them through their options. Meeting sales targets and earning commissions is made possible with the power of AT&T's full suite of products at your fingertips – the latest devices and personalized services that bring people closer together.
- You will use a consultative sales approach to help customers make informed decisions, showcasing your drive and passion for helping others.
- You will be an integral part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- You will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
As a Customer Experience Representative, you can earn between $20.04 - $20.98 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Our representatives working 20-24 hours per week earn an average of $30,725 per year in total compensation.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.
