We offer complete managed facility services, including daily and weekly cleaning for facilities, construction cleaning, and marble services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including scheduling and coordinating projects, entering job orders, and distributing work orders. They will also be responsible for issuing purchase orders, coordinating the collection of sign-off forms, validating and updating Work Tickets, and monitoring and reporting daily and weekly task planning and execution.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative experience and/or customer service, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.

What You Will Do:

  1. Schedule and coordinate projects, including creating project plans and coordinating with clients, teams, and subcontractors
  2. Enter job orders and distribute work orders to the right personnel
  3. Issue purchase orders for subcontractors and equipment/supplies
  4. Coordinate the collection of sign-off forms for each job
  5. Validate and update Work Tickets and actual spending (time and material)
  6. Monitor and report daily and weekly task planning and execution
