POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and performing Night Audit responsibilities through the following tasks:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcomes, registers, and assigns accommodations to guests.
  • Handles sensitive information, including guest records, with utmost confidentiality.
  • Effectively addresses guest inquiries and resolves complaints.
  • Manages incoming calls and accurately takes messages for guests.
  • Oversees cash drawer transactions and balances during the shift.
  • Keeps precise records of cash flow, registration forms, reservation details, and property inspections.
  • Provides information regarding hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions.
  • Assists in sales and marketing initiatives as directed by management.
  • Processes wake-up call requests efficiently.
  • Documents essential guest information in the communication log.
  • Adheres to the hotel's specific Night Auditor checklist.
  • Ensures the safety and security of the hotel by securing entrances and common areas.
  • Generates end-of-day audit reports using the hotel's property management system.
  • Submits required reports to the corporate office.
  • Places copies of necessary reports in the management's designated area.
  • Distributes express check-out receipts to guests.
  • Prepares the breakfast area in accordance with brand standards and under management's guidance.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and communal spaces.
  • Performs laundry duties as instructed.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.
