Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while advancing your own career. As a Registered Nurse with Allyon, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective clinical care plans, assessing and evaluating patients' needs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and direct clinical care initiatives in accordance with established nursing standards and best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' medical and psychiatric needs.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, promoting informed decision-making and adherence to care recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering trust and promoting positive health outcomes.
  • Floating between units may be required to ensure efficient resource allocation and meet patient care demands.
  • Varying shifts are available to accommodate different scheduling needs and ensure continuous patient coverage.

Requirements

  • A valid Washington State license to practice as a Registered Nurse or ability to obtain one prior to employment start date.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience and skills will be considered.
