Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing medications, and educating patients about transplant processes and procedures. You will also collaborate with inpatient and outpatient teams, pharmacies, and community providers to ensure effective care delivery. Your expertise in critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited or state-approved nursing program, a current RN license, and at least 2 years of experience in a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with transplant coordination experience and clinical care of transplant recipients. Additionally, you must possess BLS certification and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
