Job Summary: TechPride is seeking a highly skilled C5I Program Lead to support the USCG Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Collaboration, and Intelligence (C5I) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, business operations expertise, and excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives supporting the Acquistion to Sustainment Transition of C5I systems and key stakeholders within the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) and Acquistion Directorate (CG-93X) communities.
  • Deliver project management, logistics management, business operations, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement planning and execution across business transformation projects.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant project management experience, with at least 3 years of experience supporting USCG C5ISC, CG-93X, or CG-6 initiatives.
  • Ability to execute projects in both an Agile and Waterfall environment.
  • Ability to direct data analysis efforts to identify data trends and critical findings associated with C5I incidents.
  • Ability to shape business development opportunities and to guide potential clients towards corporate objectives.
  • Direct client management and interaction within the government sector that has multiple service leads/points-of-contact, operating against multiple strategic business objectives, in a complex environment.
  • Experience and comfort level communicating in emails, by phone, in writing and in person with senior executive leadership within the federal government.
  • Technical writing/editorial experience.
  • Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP certification desired but not required.
  • Public Trust and US Citizenship will be required.
