About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our team as an On Call Weekend RN. As a member of our hospice care team, you will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours on an on-call basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours on an on-call basis
  • Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care
  • Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient
  • Maintain all assigned patient clinical records
  • Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs
About You

We are looking for a compassionate, kind and empathetic RN who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a current RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology.
