Job Description
As a LUXE Nail Tech, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional manicure and pedicure services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing high-quality manicure and pedicure services that meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Consulting with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences, ensuring they receive personalized service.
- Promoting and selling LUXE Unlimited retail products to enhance the overall client experience.
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Promoting services to increase the client base and drive business growth.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and cleanliness procedures established by the state licensing board and LUXE Unlimited.
- Projecting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Utilizing the online booking system to check out clients efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Cosmetology License or a Nail Technician License.
- Proficient knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.
- Proficient knowledge of proper sterilization and disinfection methods.
- The ability to stay organized and tidy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
