Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at 24 Seven Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from material sourcing to product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline day-to-day operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Oversee the entire production process from material sourcing to product delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely execution.
- Implement and refine strategies to optimize supply chain operations, reduce lead times, and control costs while maintaining product quality and sustainability standards.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure consistent and reliable operations.
- Identify areas for process improvements, implementing innovative solutions and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Anticipate and mitigate operational risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place to address potential disruptions in production or supply chain processes.
- Monitor key operational metrics, manage budgets, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in operations management, particularly in fashion manufacturing, production, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while effectively balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Must have previous experience in fashion companies.
- Experience working with apparel manufacturers based in Asia is required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills focused on process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Experience in vendor management, including negotiations and relationship building.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize operations.
- An energetic, positive, and entrepreneurial personality with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel to Asia periodically as needed to oversee production and supply chain activities.
