At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Software Developer II to join our team in the DMV area. We have opportunities in the Washington, DC area as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, engineering, analysis, and development of software systems.
  • Assist in designing, analyzing, and developing software delivery processes, including development and operations (DevOps) pipelines.
  • Support modeling and analyzing software development and deployment processes as well as development of Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations.
  • Take direction from more senior personnel and partner with other Software Developer IIs.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.
  • Two or more (2+) years of related experience.
  • Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CECN, DSSCP.
  • If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required.
  • If a candidate holds an Associate's degree rather than a Bachelor's degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development or related discipline.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Relevant industry standard certifications.
Clearance Requirements:
  • This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
