Executing Collision Repairs:

Experience:
- Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Repair Specialist in an automotive repair setting is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in automotive collision repair, including proficiency in damage evaluation, structural repairs, welding, and painting.
- Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Vocational Training: Formal vocational training or certification in Automotive Collision Repair is preferred and may be necessary for certain roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Requires a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination, and mechanical aptitude to perform intricate repairs.
- Troubleshooting Abilities: Capability to accurately diagnose issues using electronic diagnostic tools and efficiently repair systems.
