Executing Collision Repairs:

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Repair Specialist in an automotive repair setting is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in automotive collision repair, including proficiency in damage evaluation, structural repairs, welding, and painting.
Education and Credentials:
  • Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Vocational Training: Formal vocational training or certification in Automotive Collision Repair is preferred and may be necessary for certain roles.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Technical Proficiency: Requires a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination, and mechanical aptitude to perform intricate repairs.
