Sales Team Lead

About the Role:
The Sales Team Lead is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register, handle cash, and prepare status reports using cash registers and/or computer systems.
- Maintain inventory/stock levels on the sales floor and restock shelves to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Responsible for product merchandising standards, pricing, signage, and coding on the sales floor.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, neat work area to ensure the store exceeds all cleanliness standards, including parking lots, carts, and trash areas.
Requirements:
- 18 years or older.
- 1-3 years of retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time, climb, perform repetitive motions, and work in a loud and hot environment.
- Communicate effectively in English.
