Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Preferred experience in sales, whether in retail, telemarketing, or as a sales representative.
  • Outstanding communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to assess customer needs effectively and conduct insightful interviews.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to relate well to customers.
  • Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
  • Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.

This role is with an independent contractor agent of State Farm, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any relevant licensing requirements and training programs. It is important to note that State Farm agents operate as independent contractors who hire their own staff, and their employees are not considered employees of State Farm.
