- Clinical Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of ambulatory clinical services, including patient care, staff management, and resource allocation.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and reduce errors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Title 22 and JCAHO standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Staff Development and Training: Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including training and development opportunities.
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 5 years of progressive leadership experience in an ambulatory healthcare services setting.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
