We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our community, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and other departments as needed.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and events.
- Process and submit HR-related documents, including pre-employment paperwork and time-off requests.
- Issue uniforms, name badges, keys, and security access as required.
- Process and mail resident statements and checks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and inquiries.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience or training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This role is based in our community at Sunflower Springs of Lake Wylie, SC. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with residents, families, and visitors. You will be required to stand, walk, and use your hands and arms frequently, and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
