Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mobile medical user interfaces, ensuring intuitive screens and logical workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to explore design methodologies, prototype technologies, and assess technical viability.
- Oversee architecture, detailed design, and conduct code evaluations.
- Define software requirements across various levels, from overarching functionalities to specific unit-level criteria.
- Implement essential features in Android-based user interface applications.
- Formulate and execute testing strategies to ensure a high-quality product.
- Assist team members in achieving broader program objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, mentoring, or guiding an engineering team.
- Extensive experience with the complete software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code assessments, version control, build processes, and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in Kotlin and Android development.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
- Experience in unit test automation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Understanding of multi-threaded and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with the Model-View-Controller-View Model (MVVM) architecture.
- Knowledge of layout design principles, including constraints and size classes.
- Awareness of Android design principles and user interface standards.
- Strong documentation skills, particularly in the context of medical product development.
