Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of technicians in responding to emergency and property damaging situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians in responding to emergency and property damaging situations
  • Conduct site surveys and evaluate damage to properties
  • Develop and implement restoration plans to minimize property damage
  • Manage and coordinate the cleaning and demolition process for contents and structural damage
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers and provide updates on restoration progress
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless restoration services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in the restoration industry
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time
  • Constantly moves about job sites
  • Constantly positions self to move about job sites; stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces
  • Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs
