Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate the Manual Packaging Machine during size changeovers
  • Verify that bundles conform to work orders and quality requirements
  • Clean and service the strapping machine during downtime
  • Track and prepare strapping consumables to minimize waste
  • Inspect crane ropes and grappling devices for wear and tear
  • Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Manual dexterity for operating machinery and hand tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Working Conditions
